Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, school-year position welcomes energetic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) passionate about making a difference across multiple educational settings as an itinerant professional. With a strong preference for candidates with prior schools-based experience, you'll collaborate with educators and staff to help students reach their fullest potential.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Texas
• Previous experience in school settings is strongly desired
• Ability to adapt quickly across different campuses and grade levels
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Openness to supporting Clinical Fellows (CFs); Voco not required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech therapy services to a diverse student caseload, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) centered on students’ communication needs
• Track and document student progress, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, conferences, and consultations with educational staff and families
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Clinical Fellows, supporting emerging professionals in the field
