Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license for the state of Texas or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Recent experience providing SLP services in a school environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students of varying ages
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions—both individual and group—as outlined by educational best practices
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure integrated student support
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and data collection for compliance and reporting requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
