Rex House Kitchen & Courtyard is looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations while delivering memorable guest experiences in one of New Orleans' most vibrant destinations.

Responsibilities

Lead all restaurant operations
Coach and mentor management and hourly teams
Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
Recruit, hire, and develop future leaders

Qualifications

Full-service restaurant General Manager experience
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Experience managing high-volume operations
Financial acumen including labor and food cost management
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
