Nurse Practitioner - GYN

An established multi-specialty medical practice is seeking a compassionate and experienced GYN Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing women’s health team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive gynecological and reproductive healthcare services while delivering exceptional patient-centered care in a professional outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine gynecological examinations and annual wellness visits
  
• Perform Pap smears, pelvic exams, and STI testing
  
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic women’s health conditions
  
• Provide contraceptive counseling and family planning services
  
• Educate patients regarding pregnancy, menopause, preventive care, and reproductive health
  
• Order and interpret lab work, imaging, and diagnostic tests
  
• Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and clinical staff
  
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR)
  
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and healthcare regulations
  

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  
• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
  
• Women’s Health NP certification preferred
  
• Experience in OB/GYN or Women’s Health preferred
  
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
  
• EMR/EHR experience preferred
