Step into a meaningful contract role serving elementary school students across PreK through 5th grade, utilizing your expertise as a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC). This position offers the opportunity to work onsite (with virtual options considered) in a supportive educational environment and make a measurable impact for young learners. With a focus on delivering 60 service hours per month, you’ll work closely with a collaborative team to enable student growth and support communication needs.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current and active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Maryland
• Experience working within Maryland school systems strongly preferred
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Strong teletherapy (VOCO) skills beneficial if considering virtual delivery
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with educators, families, and administrators

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services to an elementary caseload (PreK–5th grade), meeting monthly service hour requirements
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document student progress in accordance with state and district requirements
• Apply evidence-based interventions in both individual and group settings
• Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s educational journey
• Provide in-person services, with flexibility for teletherapy if needed
