Concierge Location: Bergen County, NJ Industry: Transportation Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 10am - 6pm Salary: $50,000 - $52,000 / year Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Job Description Our client is seeking a Concierge professional to deliver exceptional customer service and reservation support to a VIP client base. This role requires a hospitality-driven mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage transportation arrangements while ensuring every client interaction reflects the highest level of professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries received via phone, email, and other communication channels Coordinate transportation bookings and service requests while ensuring all details are accurate and customized to client preferences Deliver a high-end customer experience for executives, frequent travelers, and other premium clientele Identify client needs and recommend transportation options that align with their requirements Manage schedule changes, special accommodations, and service requests with efficiency and professionalism Develop strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional follow-through Partner closely with operations teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and on time Maintain detailed records of reservations, client preferences, and communications within internal systems Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally while maintaining a positive client experience Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality standards Contribute to a collaborative, service-focused team environment committed to exceeding client expectations Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge services, luxury retail, travel, aviation, reservations, or another client-facing environment Experience working with VIP clients or providing high-touch customer service is highly preferred Technical Skills: Comfortable working with reservation systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities Professional demeanor with exceptional attention to detail Ability to remain composed and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Strong relationship-building skills and commitment to service excellence Education: High school diploma required; additional hospitality, business, or customer service training is a plus Perks Opportunity to work with a premium client base in a customer-focused environment Collaborative team culture with growth potential Exposure to the transportation, hospitality, and luxury service industries Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
