Concierge

Department: Administration / Guest Services Reports To: Administrator or Designee Status: Full-Time Job Summary The Concierge serves as the welcoming face of the skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This role is responsible for creating a warm, professional, and supportive first impression for residents, families, visitors, and vendors while assisting with non-clinical needs and enhancing the overall resident and family experience. The Concierge plays a key role in customer service, communication, and coordination within the facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet residents, families, visitors, and guests in a courteous, compassionate, and professional manner Serve as the primary point of contact Assist residents and families with general questions, directions, and facility information Coordinate visitation logistics and ensure compliance with facility policies and safety procedures Support admissions, discharges, and tours by welcoming new residents and families and assisting as directed Communicate resident or visitor concerns to appropriate departments promptly and professionally Monitor lobby and common areas to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Collaborate with nursing, social services, activities, and administration to enhance resident satisfaction Uphold resident rights, dignity, and confidentiality at all times Adhere to HIPAA regulations and facility privacy policies Perform other duties as assigned to support facility operations and resident experience Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or senior care preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to interact compassionately with elderly residents and their families Professional appearance and demeanor Basic computer skills (email, phone systems, scheduling software) Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced healthcare environment Hours 9am-5pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
