This role is ideal for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, takes ownership of responsibilities, communicates proactively, and follows through consistently. The successful candidate will be highly organized, responsive, and capable of managing deadlines and priorities with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Perform daily bank reconciliations and accurately record transactions in the general ledger Prepare and post journal entries in a timely manner Maintain and update prepaid schedules and supporting documentation Assist with accounts payable functions and payment processing as needed Manage payment applications, transfers, and account reconciliations Support month‑end close processes and preparation of financial reports Ensure financial statements and deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation Team Collaboration & Operational Support Collaborate closely with Community Managers and internal departments to provide financial guidance and support Communicate proactively regarding deadlines, priorities, outstanding items, and potential issues Respond promptly and professionally to emails, Teams messages, and internal requests Assist with coverage planning and task coordination to ensure continuity during absences or PTO Support process improvements and contribute positively to overall team operations Maintain a high level of accountability, follow‑through, and attention to detail in daily responsibilities What We’re Looking For Dependable and proactive professional with a strong work ethic Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Strong follow‑through and commitment to completing tasks thoroughly and on time Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative and supportive team member Professional communication skills with a responsive and solutions‑oriented approach Adaptability and willingness to take initiative in a fast‑paced environment Commitment to accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience required Community association, HOA, property management, or real estate accounting experience preferred Strong understanding of bank reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable, and month‑end close processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems required Experience managing deadlines and high‑volume workloads preferred Compensation $65,000 per year Benefits Package Includes 20 Days PTO Per Year + 10 Paid Holidays Group Health Insurance Life & AD&D Insurance Available Dental, Vision, Short‑Term Disability, and Additional Voluntary Benefits 401(k) Plan Why Join Rise AMG?
