Required Bachelor's Degree in medical laboratory science (MLS). Preferred Master's Degree in medical laboratory science (MLS). Preferred Work Experience 1 year healthcare or lab related work experience. Preferred Licenses & Certifications Certification (Medical Lab Science, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Banking, Molecular Biology) by the board of American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or similar agency preferred.
