Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health Specialist

Location: Salida, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist with a Pelvic Health certification to join our Patient Care Team in an outpatient clinic setting. This is an excellent opportunity to work where others vacation in beautiful Salida, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities.
• Design and modify therapeutic interventions to help patients regain their ability to perform daily activities.
• Focus on preventing health issues by promoting overall health, fitness, and wellness across all age groups.
• Share knowledge through consultations, education, and research initiatives within the community.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and progress reports.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Pelvic Health required.
• Graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy.
• Active license for the state of Colorado or a permit while awaiting the licensing examination.
• Pelvic Health Certification required.
• Current CPR Certification.
