Key Responsibilities + Lead the successful execution of construction, outage, maintenance, and service projects + Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements + Interpret, communicate, and administer contract terms and conditions + Manage project financial performance, including profit and loss accountability + Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities within utility and industrial markets + Monitor project change management processes and ensure appropriate documentation and recovery + Review and approve project execution plans and staffing strategies + Provide leadership and support for critical project issues and escalations + Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and labor organizations + Communicate significant project developments and business risks to leadership + Drive compliance with company policies, safety programs, and ethical business practices + Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain construction and project management talent + Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement + Represent management in labor relations activities, collective bargaining discussions, and union-related matters QualificationsRequired Experience + 8+ years of industrial construction, maintenance, or project execution experience + 5+ years of leadership or management experience + Experience managing multiple projects, customers, and field teams simultaneously + Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management + Experience working with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and labor organizations + Hands-on experience with industrial boilers and related equipment Preferred Skills + Industrial construction management + Utility or power generation project experience + Outage planning and execution + Contract administration and negotiations + Business development and estimating support + Workforce planning and talent development + Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities What Makes You Successful + Proven leader who can motivate and develop teams + Strong communicator who builds trust with customers and stakeholders + Strategic thinker with the ability to balance operational execution and business growth + Detail-oriented while maintaining a big-picture perspective + Comfortable working in dynamic field environments and managing multiple priorities + Committed to safety, quality, and exceptional customer service Travel & Work Environment This position requires regular onsite presence at project locations and travel throughout the assigned region. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Cheyenne, WY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $150000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
