Hotel HousekeepingPay Rate: $18.00 an hour with $2.00 an hour additional shift differential on Saturday and SundayESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESClean hotel rooms while meeting the established cleanliness and sanitation standardsMaintaining a clean and organized housekeeping cartInstall guest amenitiesRemove trash from halls and roomsBring dirty service items to service elevator landingsPromptly turn in lost and found itemsReport room status, damage to rooms, out-of-order items and missing amenities (such as hair dryers, mirrors, etc.) to room inspectorAssists with guestrooms deep cleansAssist in laundry when neededKNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIESPreferred Knowledge and Certification:Previous hotel/motel housekeeping experienceRequired Skills:Accurate and detail-orientedHighly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesRequired Abilities:Ability to work fast and efficiently and complete multiple tasks under pressure while prioritizing guests requirementsAbility to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygieneAbility to learn appropriate chemical usage and proper equipment usageAbility to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous mannerEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
