Payroll Administrator

We are partnered with a name brand company seeking a temporary Payroll Administrator for 4 weeks with possibility of conversion. Pay rate: $25-$30/hour.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll and audits across multiple units
• Manage all employee profile changes: new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, wage and job changes
• Assist with W-2 accuracy and distribution
• Complete recurring compliance reports (Tip Report, BLS, Multiple Worksite)
• Reconcile deductions and vendor payments
• Support internal and external audits with reporting and documentation
• Handle HR/payroll projects including new hire mailings and employment verifications
• Apply working knowledge of payroll labor laws

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; college/trade degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience
• Multi-unit payroll experience required; corporate support background preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and HCM systems (Paycom, Toast, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Clear, professional communication with employees, vendors, and management at all levels
