This role partners closely with Sourcing Directors and internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and effectively maintained—supporting pricing integrity and reliable service for our healthcare members.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with contracts, data, and cross-functional teams in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.What You'll DoAssist with the preparation, review, execution, and tracking of supplier contracts, amendments, renewals, and termination noticesMaintain accurate and complete contract documentation within the Contract Management System (CMS) and shared repositoriesTrack contract milestones, expirations, and renewals in collaboration with Sourcing DirectorsEnsure contract terms, conditions, and pricing align with negotiated agreementsMaintain detailed records of contract changes to support data integrity and audit readinessServe as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams regarding contract terms, pricing updates, and compliance requirementsSupport vendor acquisitions and consolidations, ensuring accurate contract integrationAssist in resolving pricing discrepancies in coordination with sourcing, finance, and procurement teamsConduct and document annual vendor credentialing (OIG) reviewsMonitor contract compliance and identify risks or discrepancies for escalation and resolutionEnsure adherence to CSF contract standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirementsProvide timely, accurate contract status updates to internal stakeholdersCommunicate professionally with vendors, members, leadership, and internal teamsParticipate in meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional initiativesRespond to contract-related inquiries within established service-level expectationsSupport sourcing and contracting teams by gathering, organizing, and reporting contract dataIdentify opportunities to improve contract processes and administrative efficienciesParticipate in continuous improvement and cross-training initiativesDemonstrate adaptability as business needs and priorities evolveQualificationsWhat You BringRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to read, write, and speak English for work-related communicationAbility to work in a hybrid environment and meet scheduled in-office requirementsPreferred QualificationsAssociate's DegreeTwo (2)+ years of experience in healthcare purchasing, contracting, or a related fieldExperience working with contract management systemsSkills & AbilitiesStrong attention to detail and data accuracyEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong organizational and time-management skillsHigh level of integrity and ability to handle confidential informationComfortable working independently and collaborativelyWhy Join LeeSar & CSFSupport strategic sourcing and supplier partnershipsWork closely with experienced sourcing and contracting leadersContribute to pricing accuracy and contract compliance that directly impact member hospitalsGrow your career in a stable, mission-driven healthcare organizationBenefits PackageLeeSar/CSF offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes an on-site health clinic, annual bonus program, an HDHP plan at zero cost for associate-only coverage, employer contributions to HSA and cost-sharing at all coverage levels, employer-paid disability and group life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with up to a 5% employer match and immediate vesting, plus a Roth option.
