Why choose Cottonwood Springs?A Healing, Supportive Environment of CareEvidence-Based, Nationally Recognized Treatment ProgramsOur programs may include:Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)Medication ManagementTrauma-Informed TreatmentExperienced, Compassionate Clinical ExpertsHow you'll contributeA Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:Will assess the patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings according to policiesWill oversee and supervise the shiftDemonstrates leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etcWill also oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all members of the teamWill monitor patient for change of condition and respond accordingly up to and including notification of the physicianRN will follow hospital policy for medication administrationRN will consistently use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patientsDelivery of quality nursing care to ensure that goals of the treatment plan are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures and demonstrated nursing competenciesAssists/performs comprehensive nursing assessments on all patientsWhat we're Looking forApplicants should have a current Kansas or Compact State RN license and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
