• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentations.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values in the Chicago-Naperville-Joliet area.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
• Facilitate property showings and open houses, providing clients with a comprehensive view of available options.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to develop effective sales strategies and client engagement techniques.
• Utilize company-provided systems to manage client interactions and track progress towards sales goals effectively.

• Active real estate license or in the process of obtaining one.
• Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to engage with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals.
• Familiarity with basic real estate principles or a willingness to learn quickly through our training programs.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication and lead generation, or a willingness to learn new technologies.
