First-year earning potential when goals are met: $200,000+

High commission split. Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Training and mentorship provided.

Compensation:

$125,500 - $225,000 yearly

• Identify and engage with high-profile prospects, leveraging your growing network to create new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with our team to develop innovative marketing strategies that highlight luxury properties and attract high-value clients.
• Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the buying or selling process, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
• Stay informed about market trends and property values in the sports and entertainment real estate niche, sharing insights with clients and colleagues.
• Negotiate contracts with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients, while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to continuously enhance your skills and industry knowledge, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in the field.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed or in the process of getting licensed.
