Prepare procurement reports, spending analyses, and key performance indicators. Help develop procurement processes and systems that can scale with the organization. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred. At least five years of procurement, purchasing, or related supply-chain experience. Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts and vendor agreements. Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures and inventory management. Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with an ERP or procurement platform such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or a similar system. A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a desire to improve how work gets done. Preferred Experience Procurement experience within healthcare or another highly regulated industry. Experience purchasing pharmaceuticals, radiopharmaceuticals, medical equipment, or diagnostic imaging supplies. Familiarity with group purchasing organizations and vendor contracting programs. Experience with inventory management systems. Understanding of FDA, OSHA, HIPAA, and other healthcare compliance requirements. Why Join Us? This is more than a purchasing role—it’s an opportunity to help shape the procurement function of a growing healthcare organization. You’ll have the chance to influence important business decisions, improve systems, develop strategic partnerships, and see the direct impact of your work on clinical teams and patient care. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, vision and dental coverage, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
