Role: Technical Product Manager

Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team. The successful candidate will define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our UI framework, tools, best practices, and reusable component library. Your work will empower product delivery teams to create high-quality digital experiences, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and innovation across our organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field
• Strong technical background in UI technologies (React, Next.js, Node.js) and experience managing design systems or component libraries
• Proven ability to develop and communicate product strategy, requirements, and roadmaps
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working cross-functionally in agile environments
• Familiarity with risk management and regulatory compliance practices

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in software development or SaaS environments
• Strong understanding of AI and ML technologies

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with company strategy and goals
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand user needs, industry trends, and competitor landscape
• Build and maintain a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders and write detailed user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery
• Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies and sales enablement
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics; analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to strengthen the UI platform's scalability, security, and performance
