Account Manager

We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Pro Performance Logistics. This full-time, in-office position is based in New Braunfels, TX, and offers a starting salary of $35,000+, commensurate with experience. As part of our logistics team, the Account Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to our logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services. Assist in the planning and coordination of logistics operations, including freight, transportation, and inventory management. Collaborate with various departments to resolve operational issues, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency. Monitor and report on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance service quality. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, offering support and assistance with logistics-related inquiries and concerns. Qualifications: Previous experience in logistics or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with team members and external partners. Proficiency in standard office software and systems, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and software related to logistics operations. A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate and address challenges in a fast-paced environment.
