Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current SLP license/certification to practice in the state
• Previous experience working with K-12 populations, preferably in a school-based setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and tracking student progress

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech therapy services to a diverse student population across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored therapy plans to address students’ unique speech and language needs
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress, complying with all regulatory requirements
• Consult with educators and families to provide strategies that foster student success inside and outside the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
