Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Two full-time SLP positions are available, each offering a unique experience in a supportive educational environment.

One role focuses on providing high-quality speech and language services in a separate public school serving grades K-12, managing a manageable caseload of around 35 students. The second opportunity is in an elementary school setting (grades K-5) with a caseload of approximately 50 students, allowing you to focus on younger learners’ developmental milestones.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain North Carolina SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; new graduates (CFs) welcome to apply
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to aid in student success
