Customer Service Representative
- Contract Role -6 Months
- Pay Rate up to $28 an hour if they have experience in a
Are you someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Customer Service Rep to manage customer orders, build strong client relationships, and ensure products are delivered on time. The portfolio ranges between 40-60 assigned customer accounts and manages sales order processing duties.
What You'll Do
- Manage orders for a portfolio of national customer accounts.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Respond to customer questions, order changes, and shipment updates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor inventory and help reserve stock for customer orders.
- Maintain accurate records using ERP and customer management systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- 1–2 years of customer service or order management experience.
- Experience with retail, wholesale, manufacturing, or distribution is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook .
- ERP experience (Epicor is a plus).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
