Position Summary

The 2nd Shift Quality Technician is responsible for performing line audits across all active production processes during second shift. This role ensures products meet established quality standards and company specifications by following documented inspection requirements and quality control guidelines. The Line Auditor/Inspector identifies nonconforming product, notifies the line lead, and places affected parts into the designated containment area.

Essential Functions

• Conduct visual inspections of product per inspection checklists and/or direction from the line lead to verify compliance with company specifications.
• Identify and report suspected or nonconforming product to the line lead in a timely manner.
• Follow all safety rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Understand and adhere to the company's Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area; ensure tools and equipment are kept in neat and orderly condition.
• Participate in ongoing training as required.

Education and Experience

• Quality background required
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with tools such as gauges and micrometers

The shift for this role will be 3pm-1am Monday-Thursday

Hourly Range: $29hr-$32hr (eligible for OT)
