Responsibilities Drive rapid sales growth and activate systems to increase member retantion. Keep Lash Stylist's calendars FULL!!! Create and execute creative ways to prospect and attract new leads to develop a flowing pipeline of 1st time customers to convert each week. Lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly every day, every hour, every minute. Ceanliness and State board hgygeine standards to pass all compliance audits. Over-Comminacte and collaborate with owners to resolve any and all issues. Breakdown and interpret Analytics, reports and provide expert advice, strategies and solutions/innovations to accellerate the buisiness and team. Actively lead and engage with both front of house sales and back of house service providers while guiding the morale and behavior of the team as a whole by maintaining high expectations.
