We specialize in residential and commercial storm restoration, helping homeowners and businesses restore their properties with confidence through exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding customer service.As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee roofing and exterior restoration projects throughout the Des Moines Metro. Based out of our Urbandale office, this role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to R3's high standards of quality.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, leading by example, coordinating multiple moving parts, and serving as the primary connection between our customers, crews, suppliers, and office team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage residential and commercial roofing and exterior restoration projects from material delivery through final completion.Coordinate material deliveries and transport materials from suppliers to job sites as needed.Schedule and oversee subcontractors and production crews to ensure projects stay on schedule.Monitor workmanship, job site safety, cleanliness, and overall project quality.Conduct job site inspections before, during, and after construction.Perform final quality-control inspections and customer walkthroughs upon project completion.Communicate proactively with homeowners, business owners, crews, suppliers, and internal team members throughout each project.Resolve customer concerns professionally while delivering an outstanding customer experience.Document each project with detailed before, during, and after photographs.Coordinate material pickups, returns, and job site logistics.Identify and resolve production issues quickly to minimize delays and maintain efficiency.Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate progress with the production team.QualificationsPrevious roofing, construction, or exterior restoration production experience is required.Prior experience supervising crews or managing construction projects is strongly preferred.Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.Proficient with smartphones and mobile applications for documentation and communication.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Must successfully pass a background check.ScheduleMonday–Friday, daytime hoursOccasional Saturdays based on workload, project schedules, and weatherWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experienceCompany truck and gas cardCompany-provided tools and equipmentW-2 employmentOpportunities for advancement within a growing companySupportive leadership team committed to your successA culture built on Loyalty, Accountability, and CommunityIf you're an organized leader who takes pride in delivering quality work, building strong customer relationships, and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish, we'd love to meet you.
