What You'll Do As a Production Leader, you will be responsible for leading production operations, coaching team members, and driving execution across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives. Key Responsibilities Champion a safety-first culture and ensure safe work practices throughout the department Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve operational excellence Drive daily and weekly production goals while ensuring customer commitments are met Monitor workflow, staffing, and production schedules to maximize efficiency and throughput Promote First Pass Quality and ensure products are built to specification Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Leadership Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean manufacturing principles Resolve production challenges and remove barriers impacting performance Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, communication, and employee engagement Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and talent development activities Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: Leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive results Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Experience balancing safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced production environment Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for team development Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field Experience in electrical, industrial, or custom manufacturing environments Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, standardized work, flow, and continuous improvement methodologies Make-to-order manufacturing experience Familiarity with electrical-mechanical products, assembly, or fabrication operations #J-18808-Ljbffr Electrical Power Products
