The Production Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight, planning, and coordination of all manufacturing production team members and their activities. This person directs the work activity for the production operators while complying with all safety, environmental, & food safety requirements.

Essential Duties:

• Ensure safety & food safety guidelines are followed and made the top priority.
• Coordinate the manpower to meet production demands.
• Oversee line production, material handlers, drivers, shipping and receiving departments.
• Maintain a working relationship with the union by following the terms and collective bargaining agreement.
• Involve in job hazard analysis development and training.
• Involve in standard operating procedure development and training.
• Document team member's time and attendance.
• Work directly with JDE/Atomic/PKMS system to support daily manufacturing operations.

Additional Details

• Leadership experience in high-speed food processing/packaging.
• Safety & Continuous Improvement focus.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and well organized.
• Ability to train team members in all aspects of manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams.
• Drive for results, challenge of status quo, and be an independent thinker.
• Strong computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Servant leadership approach.
