The ideal candidate will possess expertise in pre and post-operative patient care within a high-volume environment.Key Responsibilities\n \n Provide quality care to patients in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).\n Monitor patients' vital signs and conditions, performing necessary interventions as required.\n Assist in pre and post Cath lab and IR procedures.\n Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.\n Float to the Holding area as needed, managing a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3-5.\n Qualifications\n \n Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Level 1 Trauma center and Telemetry.\n Current certifications in BCLS, ACLS, and PALS are required.\n Ability to work a day shift schedule of 4x12 hours, with availability for on-call needs of 1-2 overnight shifts monthly.\n Schedule and Availability\n \n Day shift: 4x12 hours (06:00 - 18:30).\n Must be available to work 2 out of 3 holiday bundles (Thanksgiving & the day after, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day).\n Weekend requirement: One weekend per month.\n Additional Information\n \n Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week, with a maximum of three call-offs allowed within a 13-week assignment.\n Pending licensure will be accepted for qualified candidates.\n Parking available at no cost for staff.\n \n If you have the required experience and possess the skills necessary to provide exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!\n \n Wellspring Nurse Source Job ID #38043548.
