The Partnership in Passaic, New Jersey seeks an NFP Nurse Home Visitor to provide comprehensive nursing services to first‑time parent(s) eligible for the NFP program, reporting to the Nurse Supervisor. This role supports healthy pregnancies, parenting practices, and early childhood development in underserved communities. Responsibilities include in‑person home visitation (caseload up to 25), education, care coordination, and collaboration with other professionals, while maintaining HIPAA and #J-18808-Ljbffr The Partnership
