The DON is responsible for overall nursing services administration. Applicant must be an RN. Experience in Long Term Care preferred. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for assisting and supervising the Assistant Director of Nursing, RN Unit Managers, all other executive nurses and floor staff. This position will require occasional on-call duty, and is responsible for corrective actions, survey preparedness, and education of floor staff. Other duties could be assigned as well.
