COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE $400,000+ annual base compensation Performance-based bonus incentives Compensation is negotiable and structured based on: Years of experience Subspecialty training or procedural focus Patient volume and productivity Schedule preferences POSITION OVERVIEW The Urologist will provide comprehensive urologic care in an outpatient clinical setting. The role focuses on evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and longitudinal management of urologic conditions, with access to in-house diagnostics, imaging, and specialty referrals within the organization. Surgical and procedural care is coordinated based on subspecialty focus and patient needs. This is a patient-facing, clinically autonomous role supported by an experienced care team and a well-established operational infrastructure.
