Commercial Property Manager

Our client is an experienced, full-service commercial real estate company based in Charlotte, with a proven track record in the acquisition, development, and management of Class A industrial parks, office campuses, and mixed-use properties. They have asked us to help them locate an experienced Property Manager to join their growing team. This individual will oversee a mix of commercial office and industrial assets in the Charlotte market. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: Prepare annual operating and capital budgets, year-end forecasts, and expense reconciliations in accordance with owner objectives and management agreements. Manage tenant and vendor relationships, overseeing maintenance requests, contract negotiations, and vendor performance. Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses while managing tenant reconciliations and ensuring adherence to approved budgets. Support leasing activities by coordinating tenant improvement projects, assisting with lease negotiations, and showing available space when needed. An ideal candidate will be a team player with outstanding verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
