Cape Asset Management is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial retail shopping centers and grocery-anchored properties. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining strong tenant relationships, managing vendors and maintenance operations, and supporting the financial performance of the portfolio. We are looking for an experienced commercial property management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high-quality retail assets.
