Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Property Manager role based in Charlotte, NC. The Property Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of multifamily residential communities, including managing tenant relations, property leases, and maintenance schedules. Key responsibilities include ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction, coordinating with maintenance and service teams, tracking financial performance, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will also work to meet leasing goals and maximize property revenue. Qualifications Experience in property management, tenant relations, and leasing activities Operational skills, including budget management, scheduling, and vendor coordination Strong communication, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution abilities Proficiency with property management software and financial reporting systems Customer service and team coordination skills Knowledge of regulatory standards for property management and leasing Proven ability to work independently and meet performance goals Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred Experience in the real estate sector or multifamily property management is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
