About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the operational excellence of its comprehensive academic health system. The COO will be a key architect in the enterprise, responsible for unifying and optimizing operations across multiple hospitals, specialty centers, and ambulatory sites. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's vision of providing world-class care close to home is realized through measurable results in efficiency, quality, and affordability. The successful candidate will work closely with the President, Chief Executive Officer, and other clinical and academic leaders to shape and implement operational strategies that drive the use of technology, data, and process innovation to enhance patient outcomes and experience.
