JOB SUMMARY:
This position will manage the Maintenance Teams for DBSG ( Delaware Basin Sour Gas) assets. The role will be responsible for strategic planning, employee development, and completing project objectives. This will require a dynamic leader committed to the continual development of their direct team, operational peers and support departments. The focus of the role is to ensure all initiatives and tasks drive the safe, reliable, and efficient operations of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develops and sustains culture of high performance and accountability by setting expectations, organizing, planning, and leading team activities. Identifies and pursues opportunities for personal and team development to meet business and career objectives.• Leads multiple geographically dispersed teams in identifying, planning, scheduling and performing maintenance along with field measurement activities in support of our mission of Safe, Compliant, Reliable and Cost-Effective operations.• Oversees process for all maintenance crew activities by working with the Frontline Supervisors to develop and maintain weekly activity schedules for each team that ensures proper coverage and utilization of the techs in the most cost-effective manner.• Collaborates with Supply Chain and the Supervisors for materials, supplies, and outside services as necessary to complete tasks required of the shifts.• Drives culture of production Centered Operations by ensuring successful implementation of production plan through planning, communication, and management of facility/area resources including the development and utilization of operational reporting and metrics.• Maintains proactive, professional, and effective field level customer relationships.• Establishes and communicates clear expectations for organizational behavior and manages performance of team members through coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback.• Develops and manages the financial budget for assigned area.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.• Seven (7) years general maintenance experience required.• Three (3) years leadership experience.• Three (3) years oil and gas industry experience required; midstream preferred.• Relevant craft experience and licensure preferred.
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Travel Required: 25%
