The manager oversees custodial and cleaning operations, maintains records, orders supplies, and prepares work orders. The role is assigned to the night shift, supervising subordinate workers and ensuring the building is secured, while also independently managing custodial maintenance of the facility. Key Responsibilities Supervise all custodial and cleaning operations. Maintain records and document work performed. Order supplies and prepare work orders. Supervise subordinate workers during night shift. Secure the building at the end of the shift. Perform other custodial oversight duties as needed.
