This is employer-side work defending companies across the full range of California employment matters, on a platform with real room to grow.

What we are looking for:

• Management-side employment litigation experience (wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination defense)
• Deposition and motion practice experience
• California bar in good standing
• Comfortable managing a caseload independently in a remote setting
