Grillo's Pickles- Forklift Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $21.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:30pm )
- Operate stand-up forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack materials.
- Transport materials between production, storage, and shipping/receiving areas.
- Perform pre-operation equipment checks and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and support production and warehouse operations as needed.
Grillo's Pickles- Forklift Operator Qualifications:
- Previous stand up forklift experience of at least 1 year.
- Ok with cold temperatures as work takes place in a clean food production facility maintained at approximately 45 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of 8-10 hours during the shift.
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
- Ability to lift and/or move 10–25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally with assistance.

- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
