Job Title: Forklift Operator - Stand-Up
Pay Rate: Up to $22/hour
Location: Columbus, IN

About the Role

We're hiring Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join a growing team in Columbus, IN. In this role, you'll operate a stand-up forklift in a cold storage warehouse while also supporting inventory, loading and unloading, cleaning, and other warehouse tasks. This is a great opportunity for an experienced forklift operator looking for a temporary-to-hire position with room for advancement.

What You'll Do

Safely operate a stand-up forklift
Work in a cold storage environment
Load and unload materials
Maintain and track inventory
Complete paperwork and inventory documentation
Perform cleaning duties as needed
Work with cleaning chemicals while following proper safety procedures
Follow all safety guidelines and training
Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 6 months of stand-up forklift experience
Ability to read, write, and understand English
Comfortable working in a cold environment
Ability to stand for the majority of the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Strong attention to detail
Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
Excellent attendance and dependability

Days - Sunday-Wednesday

Sunday-Tuesday: 6:00 AM-6:30 PM
Wednesday: 6:00 AM-12:30 PM

Days - Wednesday-Saturday

Wednesday: 12:00 PM-6:30 PM
Thursday-Saturday: 6:00 AM-6:30 PM

Mid-Shift

9:00 AM-9:30 PM
Rotates every other Wednesday
3 days one week and 4 days the next
Sunday-Wednesday / Thursday-Saturday

Nights - Sunday-Wednesday

Sunday-Tuesday: 6:00 PM-6:30 AM
Wednesday: 6:00 PM-12:30 AM

Nights - Wednesday-Saturday

Wednesday: 12:00 AM-6:30 AM
Thursday-Saturday: 6:00 PM-6:30 AM
