What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and execution of the decks tied to Omaha’s biggest new business opportunities.
• Work with teams across the company to understand the strategy, creative direction, and content for each opportunity, then turn it into a thoughtful, visually compelling deck.
• Provide thoughtful design feedback and coach internal designers to help raise the quality of work across the company.
• Raise the standard of design by mentoring internal designers and managing external design partners.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of experience in presentation design, with a strong portfolio that includes client and brand pitches, show concepts, or similar work.
• Ability to turn creative direction and complex information into clear, compelling presentations.
• Advanced proficiency with tools such as Google Slides, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Demonstrated proficiency using Higgsfield AI.

Location: Los Angeles, CA (hybrid)
Salary: $135,000 to $170,000 based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
