Senior Manager: SuccessFactors Colgate-Palmolive is embarking on its skills journey in SuccessFactors with a focus on employee‑led career development and organization upskilling. This technical role requires subject‑matter expertise to lead the digital transformation within the “Total Talent” space. Job Details Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – SuccessFactors Location: Piscataway, New Jersey, United States Hybrid: Yes Travel: No Role Summary This individual will be the credible authority on SuccessFactors modules, translating business requirements into technical specifications and configurations. The role is business‑facing, engaged in high‑visibility projects, and responsible for architecture, governance, and cyber‑security compliance. Responsibilities Lead consultant to the business, recommending solutions for talent development and succession planning. Design business solutions ensuring innovation and alignment with business needs and technology. Configure data models, business rules, workflows, alerts, and generic objects. Execute implementation and support of HR systems to improve HR efficiency and productivity. Ensure architecture, governance, and cyber‑security standards are met for internal and external software. Lead project management with offshore development centers and vendors in Talent Management areas. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 10+ years of experience with SuccessFactors and minimum 3 years in implementation and support. Preferred Qualifications In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors in the following core areas: Performance and Goals, 360 & Calibration – configuration of performance forms, continuous feedback, 360 reviews, and calibration. Career & Talent Development – growth portfolio, career pathways, worksheets, and development plans. Succession Planning – succession org chart, talent search, performance‑potential matrix, MDF talent pools. Foundational Platforms – Talent Intelligent Hub, Job Profile Builder, Opportunity Marketplace. End‑to‑end project cycle experience (managing stakeholders and escalations). Research and articulate new features in the above domains. SuccessFactors certifications such as C_THR82, C_THR95, C_THR85, THR98. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $124,000.00 – $174,000.00 USD. Pay is determined by experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives.
