For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $73,900.00-$109,900.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. You will:
- Provide leadership for areas of responsibility including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development and mentoring.
- Monitor staff performance, work with employees to implement goals and document progress, approve incentive compensation calculations and works with Human Resources on employee related issues.
- Responsible for activities involved in selling products and/or services, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts.
- Participate in establishing financial goals, objectives and measurements to meet growth and retention targets.
- Develop plans, goals, strategies and objectives to achieve team goals and revenue objectives.
- Ensure development and maintenance of long-term relationships with client base.
- Partner with analysts and support staff to ensure that all team needs are met.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in financial services, preferably payments or merchant services
- Strong knowledge of integrated payments, systems, and banking practices
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in client retention, account management, and revenue growth
- Strong analytical, organizational, and workload prioritization skills
- Effective communicator with ability to influence stakeholders and present clearly
- Skilled in negotiation, issue resolution, and managing high-pressure situations
