Registered Nurse - Electrophysiology

JOB SUMMARY

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an Electrophysiology (EP) Lab team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cardiac device procedures and electrophysiology ablation cases, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced procedural environment. This role provides specialized nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional EP procedures, including device implants and ablations, focusing on supporting the EP team and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after EP procedures. Monitor patients throughout electrophysiology and device procedures. Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and other clinical staff to ensure safe and efficient patient care. Maintain procedural documentation and uphold all regulatory and quality standards. Support patient education and discharge planning as appropriate. Schedule / Shift Full-time, Five (5) 8-hour shifts per week. Flexibility is required, as staff may occasionally remain late to complete a procedure. Required Qualifications Current RN licensure Preferred Qualifications Prior Electrophysiology Lab experience Experience assisting with Cardiac device implants (Pacemakers, ICDs, CRT devices) Experience assisting with Electrophysiology studies and ablation procedures Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Unit / Specialty Electrophysiology (EP) Lab #J-18808-Ljbffr Compunnel, Inc.
