Kitchen Manager
$70k131 MAIN Restaurant
Starting Sous Chef pay is $70,000 per year or higher. Regular financial reviews are expected and tied to performance. 12 - 16 weeks of management training to set every Chef up for success. 2 weeks paid vacation annually with an extra day off for every year employed with the company. Major Medical insurance coverage with company participation. 131 MAIN is the leader in upscale casual dining featuring fresh cuisine. Privately owned with locations in Charlotte and Asheville, NC we are open for lunch and dinner. Ideal Chef candidates will have a minimum 2 years’ experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
