Academic appointment available - Clinical Assistant Professor, Stony Brook Medicine. Practice Details Clinic: Meeting House Lane Medical, Hampton Bays, NY Hospital: Stony Brook Southampton Hospital - Level III Trauma Center and sole emergency care provider on Long Island's South Fork Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Call: 1:3 rotation EHR: Cerner (transitioning fully from NextGen) Location: MHL-Southampton Suite 405 Category: Provider Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt Full-Time/Part-Time: Full Time Position Requirements MD or DO Graduate. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology. NYS Licensure. Benefits 401K PTO Life Insurance Relocation reimbursement Sign on bonus Salary Range $500,00 - $525,000 with productivity bonuses.
