Tour Merchandise Director

What you'll do: Manage stock ordering, shipping, and redistribution to venues across a touring schedule Control inventory across multiple locations to keep stock levels optimized Own sales reporting and work closely with Finance to speed up revenue collection post-show Deploy and supervise road managers, including timesheet oversight Contribute to income forecasting, product selection, and quality control alongside Brand and Creative teams Produce end-of-tour financial and stock reconciliations Build direct relationships with artist management while keeping internal teams aligned What you bring: Proven logistics management experience, ideally in music or entertainment Strong financial acumen and experience with revenue tracking Leadership experience managing distributed teams Comfort with data-driven decision making Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours around tour schedules Genuine understanding of the live music industry and merchandise sales Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kinect
