Travel MRI Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a pediatric hospital setting, requiring experience with neonatal through young adult populations and proficiency with GE and Siemens 1.5T and 3T scanners.

Job Details

• Inpatient and outpatient MRI setting at a pediatric specialty hospital,
• Patient population ranges from neonates to 26 years of age,
• Modalities and procedures include Neuro, Body, MSK, Angio, SPECT, and both sedated and non-sedated cases,
• Equipment includes GE and Siemens 1.5T and 3T scanners, Bayer Injectors, Invivo Monitoring, and GE PACS,
• EMR: Epic,
• 5x8-hour evening shifts, Monday-Friday, approximately 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM,
• Weekend coverage may be required approximately once per contract,
• No on-call required,

Job Requirements

• Pediatric (Peds) experience required,
• ARRT certification and current BLS required,
• State license required if applicable,
• Two supervisory references required for consideration (charge nurse references count as only one supervisory reference),

• Local candidates are accepted; candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates,
• Floating to different units is a standard expectation and requirement of the assignment,
