This position will be located in Roy, UT.What You’ll Get To Do: This position will develop, administer, and monitor security programs, processes, and procedures for classified and proprietary materials. The selected candidate will study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations. They will interpret government agency regulations and ensure site compliance. They will prepare manuals, working instructions, and processes and procedures for the management of classified, visitor access, managing government reporting requirements, etc. This position will conduct security education classes, briefs, debriefs, and security audits. The selected candidate will investigate security violations and prepare reports to specify preventive action to be taken. This position requires a complete understanding and application of security principles, concepts, practices and standards. A full knowledge of industry practices, the ability to perform fairly complex professional tasks, and performing complex tasks is expected. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. You’ll Bring These Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related experience, or Master's with 3 years of related experience, or 1 years with a PhD (an additional 4 years may be considered in lieu of degree)Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.Familiarity with SEAD 3, SEAD 4, other security instructionsThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:CDSE FSO CertificationExperience with JIRA, Confluence, or other Atlassian productsMeticulous record-keeping and responsible for accurate data input into multiple databases/spreadsheetsExcellent communication skills, speaking, writing skills and organizational skills enabling effective communications and customer service Accustomed to briefing and training personnel, customers, and stakeholders at all levelsComputer and desktop Microsoft office software products experienceOrganized and efficient at time managementAbility to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience with security systems such as DISS, NISS, JADE, SIMS, Lenel, etc.Familiarity 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DoD 5200 manuals.Experience working with DD254s, Security Classification Guides (SCGs), Non-Disclosure AgreementsExperience working in classified environments, managing GSA safes, or familiarity with Intrusion Detection SystemsPrimary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
